By installing the CryptoPay Discord bot, accessing our main portal, executing transaction-related commands, or initializing cryptocurrency payments through any of our sub-systems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any structural parts of these terms, you are requested to immediately de-authorize our Discord integration and discontinue accessing all CryptoPay blockchain mechanisms.

2. User Responsibilities
Users maintain unique authority over their cryptographic environments and transaction parameters. As a safety protocol, you are bound by the following key operational guidelines:
Account Security
You assume full, non-delegable responsibility for securing your Discord account credentials, authentication parameters, active sessions, and local cryptographic hot wallets.
Discord Guidelines Compliance
You must strictly respect and follow all official Discord Terms of Service and safety-certified Community Guidelines when interacting with our bot commands inside general servers.
No Exploits or System Abuse
Engaging in exploit behavior, API reverse-engineering attempts, payload manipulation, transaction request spamming, or server infrastructure misuse is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Availability & Modifications
CryptoPay is optimized to interact seamlessly across multiple decentralized ecosystems and social client integrations. To maintain maximum performance and scalability:
Modification Rights: Features, command responses, pricing setups, transaction relay pathways, and database schemas may change, be upgraded, optimized, or temporarily discontinued without notice at any time to guarantee network integrity.
We are not committed to providing backwards compatibility for legacy commands once security infrastructure undergoes localized system upgrades.
4. Limitation of Liability
CryptoPay functions strictly as a non-custodial decentralized processing engine interface. It is provided on a strict "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties or representation clauses of any visual or technical kind.
No Liability for Asset Losses
Under no circumstances shall CryptoPay, its developers, or its server administrators be liable for any digital asset losses, gas fee overestimations, block delay parameters, user transactions directed to incorrect addresses, or client-side wallet compromises.
The speed, processing rates, and validation queues of transactions are determined entirely by the active nodes on the respective blockchain architectures (such as Solana, Ethereum, or TRON).
5. Termination of Access
CryptoPay reserves the unilateral right, without prior written communication or operational explanation, to limit, suspend, blacklist, or permanently terminate any user's profile access to bot systems, online links, and specialized verification networks.
Termination triggers may include but are not limited to: attempts to exploit payment verifications, code injection into client components, abusive Discord ticket behavior, or activities deemed illegal by regulatory parameters.
6. External Services & API Dependencies
CryptoPay's ecosystem runs dynamically with external decentralized components and messaging hosts. You understand and accept that:
The operational runtime of CryptoPay is intrinsically tied to the stability of third-party systems such as Discord's application framework, Cloud Run server allocations, Top.gg indexing pathways, RPC blockchain endpoint configurations, and decentralized validation libraries.
Any downtime originating from these external networks is entirely outside of CryptoPay's containment scope.
7. Privacy Integration
CryptoPay respects user data sovereignty and metadata isolation parameters. Processing operations do not execute metadata mining operations or retain personal identification keys except configuration setups specified inside user control records.
